Referral Criteria
- Referred businesses must have at least $15,000.00 in debt that is
over 90 days past due.
- In order to qualify for debt reconciliation, a referred business
must be
able to pay either of the following:
- 2% of their total aggregate debt each month or,
- $750.00/ month whichever is greater

Using 2% installment as an example: A
business owing $80,000.00 must be able to pay $1,600.00/month.
Similarly, a business that owes $20,000.00 must be able to pay about
$750.00/month and not $400.00. |
